How to Track Your Order

  1. Order Confirmation: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email contains your unique Order Number.
  2. Shipping Confirmation: When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This crucial email contains your Tracking Number and the name of the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, national postal service).
  3. Using Your Tracking Number: Copy the tracking number from your shipping email. You can then use it on the carrier's official website or a universal tracking platform (see below).

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping notification.

For a convenient and comprehensive view, especially for international shipments that may involve multiple carriers, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking service. These platforms aggregate data from hundreds of carriers worldwide.

How to use 17Track:

  1. Visit the 17Track website.
  2. Paste your tracking number into the main search field.
  3. Click "Track" or press Enter. The site will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status and location of your package.
  4. You can track multiple packages simultaneously by entering several tracking numbers, separated by commas or line breaks.
