At LettreAube, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments and stationery to you reliably and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one Standard Shipping method for all orders. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally to most countries. The estimated delivery time frame for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers. LettreAube is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance if possible and contact us immediately. For any issues with delivery, including lost packages, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
